(More customer reviews)The scale worked great for us.My husband is around 300 lbs, and it worked fine for him on the laminate floor in the kitchen.The only problem we've had was dropping a very heavy glass on it, which broke the plastic covering the numbers, but it still works fine.I also just got mine recently - maybe the person above got a bad scale?
