I bought this scale, did the instructions and it gets a different weight each time I get on it.I thought it depended on what foot I stepped on it with, but nope sometimes the weight is 130 sometimes 140...no bueno, ladies...pretty frustration bologna huh? I wrote their customer service so lets see what they say.They suggest on the insert to ship it to them for repair with a prepaid package to ship back....that would cost more than the product, probably double, which I am sure was the plan all along of course.Lesson learned, this brand is a bummer.
